At Mosaic Psychotherapy, I don’t believe healing is about fixing what’s broken. I believe it’s about honoring all the parts of you that make you whole. Like a mosaic, your life is shaped by many stories-some clear, some painful, and some still unfolding.

I specialize in working with adults navigating:

My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centered Therapy. I also integrate tools from IFS, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy when helpful.
